GrantLift x PropOps: Accelerating the digitalization of building operations with subsidies

Together with PropOps, we have succeeded in securing funding for another pioneering software project.

PropOps stands for data-driven operational excellence in building management – especially for institutional owners (REIM) and corporate real estate managers (CREM). The goal is a well-maintained real estate portfolio that ensures operational reliability and fulfills legal obligations.

With PropOps Comply, the company offers a configurable, legally compliant toolset that completely digitizes maintenance planning, defect tracking, and operational documentation. PropOps thus creates transparency and structure in areas that were previously dominated by Excel lists – across all levels of technical and infrastructural facility management.

Smarter automation, traceable processes, and a clear focus on EU, federal, and state regulations make PropOps a powerful lever for digital transformation in the real estate industry.
