The BEG supports energy-efficient upgrades of residential and commercial buildings to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions. Funding is provided as a direct cash grant – offered by BAFA or KfW – reimbursing part of the costs directly. Supports comprehensive renovation concepts for residential and non-residential buildings to achieve “Efficiency House” standards through holistic energy upgrades. Funding is provided as a loan with repayment grants – offered by the KfW. Construction
Supports energy-efficient new builds of residential and non-residential buildings through KfW loan financing.
